Cottage Cheese Crumb Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cups Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla or flavor of choice, original recipe called for Black Walnut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ยบ
    Mix brown sugar, butter, and flour together to form a crumb (sand like texture). Save 3/4 cup for top of cake.
    Add egg, cottage cheese, milk, and baking soda to crumb mixture. Beat on high speed until smooth. Add vanilla and mix.
    Place in a 7.5 x 11 greased pan. Add topping mixture and bake for 35 minutes.
