Chocolate Cake Pudding

Ingredients
  

Cake

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Topping

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar I used a combo of both light and dark
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Water or Coffee I used coffee

Instructions
 

  • Sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa in a greased 9-inch square pan.
    Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
    Spread batter.
    Mix topping sugars with cocoa powder, sprinkle over batter. Pour water or coffee over the cake mixture and bake at 350ยบ for 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Serve warm or cool with whipped or sour cream.
